2. We provide a scope of work and preliminary cost estimate. This includes a before and after electronic exterior 3D model rendering of your project.
3. Working together with you, we finalize the scope of work and provide a final pricing proposal.
4. The contract is signed and we begin work.
5. NewSpace prepares all plans and permits in accordance with the scope of work
6. Constructions begins.
7. We keep the site clean and safe and stay in touch with you regularly during the course of the project.
8. Construction is finished, final clean up is performed, and you get to enjoy your brand new living space
